Key Responsibilities
Undertake intensive, hands-on training to master cutting-edge PLM and CAD software, from foundational concepts to advanced functionalities.
Actively contribute to customer-facing projects under the guidance of experienced consultants, acquiring practical implementation experience.
Support project execution by applying Siemens' established Project Management Methodology, learning and adhering to industry best practices.
Collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams to address complex engineering challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
Develop both technical expertise and essential professional soft skills while building strong professional relationships within the Pretoria office.
Engage in structured training focused on business processes, technical competencies, and interpersonal skills, taking ownership of personal and professional growth.
