Key Responsibilities

• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to waste disposal procedures, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify faults by using applicable diagnostic methods and tools to ensure optimal equipment availability and performance.
• Perform thorough plant inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs as required to ensure equipment reliability and extend asset lifespan.
• Provide adequate and timely feedback to customers and stakeholders on work progress, potential issues, and completed tasks.
• Conduct My IMS inspections diligently to maintain and improve plant sustainability and compliance with internal management systems.
• Ensure the correct history feedback is accurately captured in maintenance systems to inform future renewals, upgrades, and critical spare parts management.
• Actively attend and interact in toolbox talks to enhance understanding of safety protocols and improve overall plant safety culture.
• Participate and interact effectively in PDAs (Pre-Job Discussions) and RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) to improve plant safety and operational stability.
• Proactively spot continuous improvement opportunities within own work area, contributing to efficiency gains and operational excellence.
• Support all safety requirements and actively contribute to fostering a robust and proactive safety culture within the working environment.
