Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
During your tenure, you will be actively involved in a range of critical duties, including:- Making proactive recommendations to enhance client service standards and ensure the fair treatment of clients within your designated area of responsibility, aligning with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Contributing actively to a vibrant organisational culture that champions best practice, continuous learning, and a cohesive team environment, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Identifying personal growth and development needs, taking initiative to schedule and participate in interventions, training, and mentorship opportunities to facilitate ongoing professional and personal growth.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends, informing engagement strategies with IFAs.
- Providing comprehensive support to IFAs, assisting with product queries, sales processes, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Preparing and presenting reports on sales activities, market feedback, and client engagement metrics to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and compliance, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to IFA support.
