Key Responsibilities
- **For Marketing Content and Design:**
- Assist in the conceptualisation, design, and production of various marketing materials, including brochures, booklets, infographics, presentations, funding guides, applicant education material, campaign collateral, and social media artwork.
- Contribute to writing and editing compelling content for internal and external communications.
- Support client communication initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct research to inform content development and marketing strategies.
- Provide general content support to the marketing and communications team.
- **For Digital and Multimedia Communications:**
- Gain hands-on exposure to multimedia communications and digital content production.
- Travel to NEF investee sites to capture photographs and record entrepreneur interviews.
- Edit short-form videos and package content for use across different digital platforms.
- Contribute to social media content production, including reels and short-form video creation.
- Assist with event coverage, capturing key moments and interviews.
- Support executive and investee interviews, ensuring high-quality visual and audio capture.
- Develop skills in digital storytelling and basic social media monitoring and analytics.

Requirements
- Must be unemployed and not currently participating in another learnership or internship programme.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or Corporate Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- For Marketing Content and Design:** An interest or ability in graphic design, brochures, booklets, infographics, presentations, funding guides, applicant education material, campaign collateral, and social media artwork. Skills in writing and editing, client communication, research, and content support are beneficial.
- For Digital and Multimedia Communications:** An interest or ability in videography, photography, video editing, reels and short-form content, social media content production, event coverage, executive and investee interviews, digital storytelling, and basic social media monitoring and analytics.
