Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and comprehensive administrative support services to the Business Manager, specifically with the management of Financial Advisers in Managed Outsourced Businesses.
- Assist the Business Manager with enquiries and queries related to commission statements and permits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Support the Business Manager with enquiries and queries concerning recruitment and registration processes for financial advisors, facilitating smooth onboarding.
- Efficiently schedule and organize management and unit meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
- Oversee brand control and management within the unit, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and maintaining a consistent corporate image.
- Coordinate the communication of recognition and awards results to motivate and acknowledge advisor achievements, fostering a positive performance culture.
- Provide financial management support to the Business Manager, including handling ad-hoc financing requests, budget management, and in-service/out-service debt management.
- Coordinate Risk Management support, such as Odds Trend Management and Tax Practitioner's list management, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Offer New Business Support, assisting in the management of unissued business, and after-sales support, including Lapses Management and general policy issues and complaints.
- Ensure Legislative support, managing FAIS non-approvals and Rule 19 Replacements, keeping the unit compliant with industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate unit replacement statistics and assist with debit order RDs, ensuring financial accuracy and stability.
- Flag underperformers and assist with capturing advisors' and employees' leave records, supporting HR and operational efficiency.
- Manage the recruitment and contracting of advisors, including contract changes, terminations, transfers, new appointments, and SANGRO processes.
- Co-ordinate and arrange for office infrastructure, such as offices, telephones, networks, and accounts, ensuring a functional work environment.
- Administer targets, tracking progress and reporting on performance against set objectives.
- Deal with escalated client queries, ensuring professional and efficient resolution to maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Proven administrative support experience, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment
