Job Description
Cubix is currently inviting applications from ambitious, qualified South African graduates for the Learning and Development Consultant Internship based in uMhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. This exciting opportunity is designed for recent graduates looking to establish a strong foundational career in human capital development, corporate training management, and SETA administration. Interns will work alongside seasoned talent development professionals in a dynamic, high-growth environment, gaining hands-on practical experience across the full lifecycle of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for daily Learning & Development initiatives and corporate training schedules.
Manage end-to-end training logistics, including booking training venues, coordinating sessions, and managing participant invitations.
Track daily attendance, verify employee registers, and maintain structured and accurate physical and digital training records.
Capture and manage training data across learning management platforms and reporting databases.
Prepare, proofread, and distribute training materials, toolkits, and interactive presentation resources.
Liaise effectively with internal departmental managers to align scheduling and support workforce development goals.
Administer training feedback forms, coordinate evaluation surveys, and compile insightful post-training impact reports.
Assist in collating documentation, evidence, and records necessary for mandatory SETA-related reporting and Workplace Skills Plans (WSP/ATR).
Contribute actively to broader organisational development and continuous learning initiatives across the company.

Requirements
National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Honours in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Qualification must have been obtained from a recognized South African public higher education institution.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong competence in Microsoft Excel.
Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
Must currently reside in KwaZulu-Natal (uMhlanga / Durban region preferred).
Must be currently unemployed and not participating in another learnership or internship.
Must not have previously completed a SETA-funded or government-funded internship programme.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
