Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and logistics.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating induction activities.
• Assist the senior recruitment team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
