Role overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, cloud-native business applications. The successful candidate will work across the full development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture through to deployment and support — building robust back-end services in .NET and responsive front-end interfaces in React, all hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role suits a developer who is keen to grow, writes clean and well-tested code, and is comfortable contributing to a disciplined, structured engineering process under the guidance of senior team members. Exposure to integrating AI capabilities (e.g. large language models) into production applications is a key differentiator for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the .NET framework and React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, and seamlessly integrate with both internal and third-party services.
• Develop and optimise relational data models and queries within Microsoft SQL Server to ensure high performance and data integrity.
• Deploy, configure, and monitor applications effectively on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) into application workflows through effective prompt design and API usage.
• Manage source control, branching strategies, and conduct thorough code reviews using GitLab (or equivalent platforms).
• Participate fully in all stages of the software development lifecycle — including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Write automated unit and integration tests, and contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, technical leads, and various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently across the full stack, ensuring application stability and performance.
