Key accountabilities

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for various financial reporting purposes.
- Product development and management:
- Conduct competitor and technical product analysis to inform product design and innovation.
- Formulate detailed product specifications, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support the lifecycle management of existing products, including performance monitoring and review.
- Collaborate with product teams to assess the financial viability and risk profile of new offerings.
- Running models:
- Execute actuarial models to ensure accurate financial reporting and support management decision-making at a foundational level.
- Generate inputs for processes such as reserving and business case modelling.
- Validate model outputs and assist in the documentation of model assumptions and methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of actuarial modelling processes and tools.
