This 18-month workplace experience programme is designed for unemployed TVET graduates who have successfully completed an N6 Certificate and are looking to gain practical experience to obtain their National N Diploma. The internship offers invaluable hands-on exposure to critical areas within the IT sector, including IT support, systems administration, and business technology operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end-users, addressing technical queries and issues promptly.

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software components.

• Support the troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and network-related problems to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain accurate IT records, including asset registers and essential documentation for IT infrastructure.

• Assist with user account administration, managing access rights and performing system updates as required.

• Support the broader IT team with daily operational tasks and contribute to ongoing projects.

• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and information security standards to protect company data.

• Perform general IT administrative duties and provide technical support to enhance overall IT efficiency.
