Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 desktop support to staff, including gathering user information and diagnosing technical issues.

• Analyze IT issues to identify underlying problems and user requirements.

• Utilize knowledge management tools and troubleshooting methods for software and operating system issues.

• Install and configure basic software applications, ensuring system requirements are met and creating necessary user access points.

• Liaise with management for product activation and user credential assignment.

• Install hardware components according to company standard operating procedures.

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing hardware problems for staff.

• Engage in continuous professional development, learning new IT skills and problem-solving techniques from experienced managers.

• Gain practical experience by working on real-world user issues.

• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT policies and procedures.

• Ensure adherence to the Advtech Group IT Framework.
