Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured 3-phase learnership programme focusing on International Trade, Freight Forwarding & Customs Compliance, and Shipping.
Undertake theoretical learning and practical, experiential training over a 12-month period for each phase.
Adhere to all programme requirements, including attendance, assessments, and conduct, to qualify for stipends and bonuses.
Gain comprehensive understanding of the maritime industry and MSC's operations.
Contribute to the efficient functioning of the relevant department during the experiential training periods.
Develop strong computer literacy, methodical work habits, and effective communication skills.
