SafetyCloud is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Polokwane. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with clients generating less than R100,000 in annual training revenue.
Identify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and cold calling initiatives.
Prepare and issue accurate quotations to prospective and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update all client information and interaction logs accurately on the Odyssey system.
Conduct regular and systematic follow-ups on all leads, issued quotes, and ongoing client engagements to drive conversion.
Handle all client queries efficiently and provide professional, high-quality support to ensure client satisfaction.
Process client orders accurately and ensure timely submission for fulfilment.
Promote and onboard clients onto the company's client portal to enhance engagement and encourage self-service utilisation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree, Diploma or tertiary qualification related in: Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Sales and Marketing.
Minimum 2 years sales experience in the training related industry (OHS or EHS will be an advantage).
At least 2 years relevant experience in a corporate environment.
Strong administration skills.
Microsoft 365 proficient (Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365).
Solid lead generation experience.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Proficient in Dynamics CRM and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving knowledge.
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
