Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and manage information from various sources including databases, websites, reports, and internal systems.

• Create detailed reports and summaries based on research findings, ensuring clarity and usefulness for stakeholders.

• Oversee and maintain information systems, including updating records, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing systems for user needs.

• Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping practices are followed.

• Archive documents and data as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Manager of Business Continuity and other team members.

• Participate actively in the 12-month graduate program, contributing to team projects and learning objectives.
