Key Responsibilities
- Supporting plant needs and services for all four plants through Guided Buying & Forvia Spend Management, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
- Assisting in monitoring ARIBA and ensuring ICB compliance, maintaining adherence to internal control standards.
- Assisting in ensuring KPIs are met, focusing on achieving best pricing and cost savings managed through PAP/GPS initiatives.
- Managing SLP (MDM) by creating and extending vendors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date supplier information.
- Supporting MFC workshops across all four plants, contributing to continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
- Performing month-end reporting, specifically tracking PO after invoice, to ensure financial accuracy.
- Launching RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to secure competitive bids from suppliers.
- Managing NRFT (Non-Recurring Freight Transport) processes, optimizing logistics and costs.
- Managing fixed assets (ZFCA PO Type), including fleet (forklifts, cars, printers, real estate), ensuring proper asset lifecycle management.
- Managing price variance and resolving payment queries, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Analyzing and submitting contracts (SLA) via DocuSign, ensuring legal and operational compliance.
- Supporting contract addendums and extensions, facilitating smooth business operations.

- Possession of a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a Business-related qualification.

- Understanding of purchasing, production, quality, and logistics principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborative work.
