Momentum Distribution Services (MDS) is offering a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to join their IFA Graduate Programme. Key Responsibilities
Support Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) with client onboarding, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance documentation is meticulously maintained.
Assist in the preparation of essential reports, compelling presentations, and insightful data analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, including FAIS, POPIA, and other applicable legislation.
Actively participate in structured learning modules, complete assessments, and engage with feedback sessions to foster continuous professional development and competence.
Deliver exceptional, client-centered support to IFAs and their valued clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
Cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, community partners, and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
Contribute effectively to service delivery, consistently meeting and exceeding agreed-upon standards and expectations.
Proactively recommend enhancements to client service processes and champion the fair treatment of all clients.
Engage actively in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives that bolster community trust and enhance the company's brand reputation.
Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with peers, mentors, and key stakeholders.
Continuously expand knowledge base regarding financial services, emerging industry trends, and best ethical practices.
Share innovative ideas and contribute positively to a culture that promotes learning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Take personal ownership of career development through active engagement with mentorship, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, and reflective practice.
Identify opportunities to streamline existing workflows and implement measures to reduce resource wastage.
