Based at the Centurion offices, the successful candidate will be immersed in the full employee lifecycle, contributing to various Human Resources activities and developing essential professional skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in coordinating employee wellness initiatives and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in employee relations matters, offering support in investigations and conflict resolution as required.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal guidelines.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
• Assist with payroll administration tasks and benefits management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Engage in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives, providing research and analytical support to the Human Capital team.
