Job Description
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is offering a valuable 18-month internship program designed to equip unemployed graduates with essential work-based experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the People Management department with HR-related tasks and administrative duties.
Support the Adjudication Backlog team by processing claims and conducting preliminary reviews.
Contribute to the Litigation & Mediation department by conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Adhere to RAF policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental objectives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Engage in problem-solving and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the assigned department.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Learn and apply relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to road accident claims and fund operations.

Requirements
An Advanced Diploma or Degree in HR / Human Resources for the People Management Internship.
An Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Law for the Adjudication Backlog Internship.
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / BA in Law / BCom in Law for the Litigation & Mediation Internship.
Must be unemployed.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be eager to learn and develop new skills.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
