Key Responsibilities
Interns will work under direct mentorship from experienced Human Resources practitioners to support daily administrative and strategic people-management operations:
Assist with day-to-day HR administration, maintaining accurate electronic employee records, and updating personnel filing systems.
Support the recruitment and selection lifecycle, including compiling candidate shortlists, coordinating interview schedules, and issuing applicant notifications.
Facilitate employee onboarding, preparation of induction welcome packs, and gathering statutory employment documentation.
Help track leave applications, attendance records, and training registers in compliance with internal policies.
Assist in organizing employee wellness initiatives, internal communication drives, and staff engagement programmes.
Provide prompt support with general staff enquiries regarding human resources policies, standard operating procedures, and basic employee benefits.
