ALS is offering a valuable HR Internship Programme designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
Assist with posting vacancies on recruitment platforms and screening CVs.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication and logistics.
Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with new employee induction processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
File and manage HR documentation meticulously.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR correspondence.
Assist with leave administration and attendance tracking.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee information.
Address employee queries related to HR and provide necessary documentation.
Ensure the utmost confidentiality of all employee information.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain comprehensive training records.
Assist in tracking mandatory compliance training for all staff.
Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
Assist with maintaining compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Support administrative requirements for Employment Equity and BBBEE.
Compile basic HR reports and statistics as needed.
Promote adherence to company Health & Safety standards.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Participate actively in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Recent graduate or currently completing the final year of studies.
