Job Description
Truworths is offering an exciting 18-month Work Integrated Learning Internship opportunity within its HRD Credit Ops department, based at their Head Office in Cape Town. This program is designed for students seeking practical experience and to develop skills within the Human Resource field. The intern will work closely with the dynamic Credit Operations team, gaining exposure to various facets of HR and credit operations. Key Responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive understanding of HRD Credit Operations functions.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the daily activities of the Human Resource Department.
Develop and acquire skills and competencies relevant to the Human Resource Department's operations through a proactive learning attitude.
Provide support in Recruitment and Selection Administration processes.
Assist with the coordination of recognition programs.
Offer support on various HR projects as assigned.
Provide assistance with Training & Development initiatives.
Gain exposure to Industrial Relations (IR) processes and practices.

Requirements
A student with the relevant completed N6 National Certificate (HR, Business/Office Administration, Business Management, Management Assistant, Business Studies).
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new skills, processes, and systems.
Ability to complete tasks accurately and thoroughly.
Capacity to manage tasks, documentation, and time effectively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and appropriately.
Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a positive approach to work.
