Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the installation and repair of fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and material usage.
• Support the property management team with general operational tasks as required.
• Manage and organise tools, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers when specialised repairs are needed.
