The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and reconciling invoices, monitoring supplier costs, and assisting with general data capturing tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Capture and reconcile store supplier invoices to purchase orders in the accounting system.
• Accurately capture information within 24 hours of submission by the store.
• Monitor and report on supplier cost changes for selling price maintenance.
• Follow up with stores regarding invoice queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assisting with other general office data capturing tasks as required.
• Maintain organized records of all GRV documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance and store teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and report discrepancies in invoices or purchase orders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data capturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
