• Completed Degree, Advanced Diploma, or National Diploma in a relevant field (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Project Management, Internal Audit, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Law/LLB, Taxation, Investments, Financial Planning, Marketing, or Communications).

• South African citizen aged 18 to 35 meeting the national YES programme eligibility criteria.

• Strong command of English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• High degree of stress tolerance, effective time management, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced corporate setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

• Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and support team members.

• Prior administrative, office, or basic data-capturing experience is advantageous.
