Requirements
University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience.
28 years of age or below.
At least B+ in KCSE.
Strong academic record.
Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (for Mechanical Trainee).
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (for Electrical Trainee).
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or Production Technology (for Operations Trainee).
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a passion for technical/project sales (for Project Sales Trainee).
