The SPAR KZN Distribution Centre is actively seeking ambitious and driven unemployed graduates to participate in its comprehensive 12-month Graduate Placement Programme. Key Responsibilities
- Engaging in rotational assignments across various departments such as Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, and Retail Operations.
- Assisting with daily operational tasks and contributing to departmental projects, gaining hands-on experience in core business functions.
- Participating in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the distribution centre.
- Collaborating with experienced professionals and mentors to understand industry best practices and operational challenges.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the wholesale and retail value chain, from procurement to distribution and customer service.
- Contributing to a customer-centric environment by understanding and addressing the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
