Key Responsibilities

• South African citizen with a valid ID document.

• Completed National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or BTech in one of the relevant fields:

  • Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (Learning & Development)

  • Safety Management or Occupational Health and Safety (Health & Safety)

  • Industrial Engineering or related engineering qualification (Industrial Engineering)

  • BSc or National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science (Food Safety System)

• Zero to two years of working experience (recent graduates preferred).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work effectively in Midrand and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
