Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding processes, and employee record management.

• Support supply chain operations, focusing on logistics coordination, inventory management, and procurement processes.

• Contribute to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) initiatives, including risk assessments, safety training, and compliance monitoring.

• Participate in process engineering projects, assisting with process analysis, optimization, and implementation of engineering solutions.

• Support mechatronics projects, involving the integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Conduct research and data analysis relevant to assigned departmental projects.

• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.
