Key Responsibilities
Assist in HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding processes, and employee record management.
Support supply chain operations, focusing on logistics coordination, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Contribute to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) initiatives, including risk assessments, safety training, and compliance monitoring.
Participate in process engineering projects, assisting with process analysis, optimization, and implementation of engineering solutions.
Support mechatronics projects, involving the integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Conduct research and data analysis relevant to assigned departmental projects.
Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Requirements
Completed Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Human Resource Management for the HR Internship.
Completed Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Supply Chain Management for the Logistics Internship.
Completed Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Safety Management for the SHE Internship.
Completed NQF 7 Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Industrial Engineering for the Process Engineering Internship.
Completed NQF 7 Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Mechatronics / Degree in Mechatronics for the Mechatronics Internship.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong people management skills.
