Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in day-to-day administrative and operational functions within assigned business units.

• Support departmental teams with project coordination, reporting, compliance reviews, and data analysis.

• Engage in continuous learning modules, technical training sessions, and mentorship workshops.

• South African citizen with a valid ID.

• Currently unemployed graduate holding a relevant qualification:

• Human Capital: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or related field.

• Risk and Compliance: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Legal, Risk Management, or Compliance.

• Marketing: Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications.

• Data, AI & Engineering: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, BI, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical).

• Client Services Consultant: Matric / Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics and a relevant financial qualification (up to 1 year financial/investment industry experience is advantageous).

• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite).
