Job Description
Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) is offering a comprehensive 12-18 month internship programme designed for unemployed South African graduates. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations within assigned departments.
Participate in projects and initiatives relevant to the field of study.

Requirements
Completed National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field/discipline.
Completed Master’s/Honours degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors-CSO, or a related field/discipline.
Completed BA or BSc degree in Environmental Management Science, Environmental Management/Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), or a related field/discipline.
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field/discipline.
Completed Bachelor’s degree in LLB, Marketing, Economics, Market Research, or a related field/discipline.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Health & Safety.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Psychology / Social Work / Health Related Qualification.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Industrial Engineering.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Transport and Logistics.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Human Resources or related field/discipline.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Information System.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Finance.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Office Management / Office Administration.
Qualifications or Statement of results in Communication / Public Relations.
Must be an unemployed South African graduate between the ages of 18-35.
Must have completed all theoretical training at a college/university.
Must have no prior work experience in their respective field of study.
Must have no bursary obligation.
Certified copy of Qualifications or Statement of results.
Certified copy of South African Identity Document.
Proof of residential address.
For In-service training: Stamped letter from Institution requesting In-service training (where applicable) and Stamped Confirmation letter for theory completion from Institution.
