Graduate B2B Sales Agent at Cartrack
Job Description
Cartrack, a global leader in smart mobility Software-as-a-Service technology with operations spanning 23 countries, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Graduate B2B Sales Agent. This permanent position is based in Rosebank and offers an exciting opportunity to promote and sell Cartrack's innovative solutions to both new and existing corporate clients within the IT & Internet industry. Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ensure accurate authentication of client information to maintain Cartrack's high-quality standards.
Maintain meticulous records through accurate data capturing.
Proactively obtain referrals from satisfied current clients to expand the customer base.
Generate professional quotations and diligently follow up on all sales leads.
Gather essential client information and complete subscription forms accurately on behalf of the client.
Dispatch validation forms to new clients via email and confirm all necessary checks for seamless onboarding.
Ensure clients complete all required declarations and understand the terms and conditions during sales calls.
Coordinate and follow up on fitment scheduling for new installations.
Contact clients to confirm scheduled appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up diligently if an appointment is not honoured to reschedule or address any issues.
Provide comprehensive assistance to clients with various service needs, including changes of ownership, cancellations, invoice inquiries, and other support requirements.
Uphold product and system knowledge by actively participating in ongoing information and training sessions to stay current with Cartrack's offerings and procedures.
Ensure that all services are delivered in strict adherence to company policies and quality procedures.

Requirements
National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
Degree or Advanced Diploma.
2 years of corporate sales or B2B call centre sales experience is advantageous.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
Excellent command of business English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates excellent solution selling and objection handling skills.
Intermediate computer literacy.
Must be goal-oriented, resilient, patient, and possess strong time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
