Key Responsibilities

- Managing the front desk operations efficiently, including handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
- Facilitating community activation initiatives and events, contributing to a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information about ALX Africa's programmes and services to prospective learners and the public.
- Maintaining a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area, reflecting the professional image and values of ALX Africa.
- Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the broader operational needs of the hub and its programmes.
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all individuals interacting with the ALX Africa hub, from initial contact to ongoing engagement.
