Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports and spreadsheets for analysis.
• Assist with critical month-end finance processes, contributing to timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, adhering to compliance standards.
• Support audit and compliance activities, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Assist with taxation matters and general finance administration.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• One of the following qualifications: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting, Diploma in Accounting, Diploma in Financial Management, BCom Finance & Economics.
• Up to 1 year of finance-related experience (graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
