Key Responsibilities
Be a South African citizen.
Be between 18 and 28 years old.
Reside within an Exxaro host community in Limpopo or Mpumalanga.
Be living with a disability as defined under the Employment Equity Amendment Act (EEA).
Be enrolled in a minimum three-year Degree or Diploma programme.
Be studying within one of the approved fields of study.
Be registered at a recognised and accredited South African tertiary institution.
Be able to maintain the academic performance requirements outlined in the bursary agreement.
Commit to attending classes and completing all academic requirements.
Submit academic progress reports or transcripts each semester.
Participate in bursary-related activities and development initiatives.
Demonstrate good conduct and professionalism.
Be willing to fulfil any work-back obligations, internships, or service commitments required by Exxaro after graduation.
Inform the bursary office of any changes to studies, institution, or personal circumstances.
Submit clear copies of required supporting documents: Certified copy of South African ID, Certified copy of Matric Certificate, Full academic record or tertiary transcripts on the institution’s letterhead, Medical letter confirming disability status, Proof of residence.
