Cartrack is seeking ambitious and driven graduates with a background in Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics & Statistics to join their Engineering & Actuarial Graduate Programme as Trainee Managers. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to accelerate their careers into management and leadership roles within a globally recognized vehicle telematics company. The Trainee Manager program is designed as an accelerated development initiative, providing strategic rotations through various departments of the South African business for 6 to 18 months. Participants will undergo continuous training and undertake diverse roles across the company, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Cartrack's operations, culture, and business functions. The ultimate goal is to prepare candidates for various roles focused on either the sales or operational aspects of the business, fostering future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in strategic rotations across different business units within Cartrack South Africa.
Engage in continuous training and development programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of company operations.
Fulfill numerous roles and functions across the business to gain a holistic understanding of Cartrack's ecosystem.
Develop a thorough understanding of Cartrack's culture and operational procedures.
Contribute to the sales or operational sides of the business based on program focus and individual strengths.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
Demonstrate initiative and technical independence in assigned tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
Support the company's growth and scaling objectives through dedicated performance.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics & Statistics with outstanding academic performance.
Distinction in Mathematics (Grade 12) - Non-negotiable.
Newly qualified graduate with 0 - 3 years of work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on approach and a positive attitude.
Technically independent with good initiative.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-the-box approach in providing solutions.
