Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to various customer locations within Gauteng and potentially surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the company vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented, including proof of delivery and any discrepancies.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all company standards for vehicle presentation.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries, addressing any queries or concerns with a helpful attitude.
• Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company driving policies.
• Manage delivery schedules and adapt to changes as required, communicating effectively with the logistics team.
• Perform general store responsibilities as needed when not engaged in driving duties, supporting the overall team effort.
