Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all structured classroom-based theoretical training sessions and complete all required formative and summative assessments on time.

• Engage in rotational hands-on workplace training across key operational, telecommunications network, and administrative departments.

• Support operational teams with basic network infrastructure documentation, data capturing, and service coordination.

• Assist qualified technicians and team leads in daily operational tasks, logging inquiries, and monitoring service delivery workflows.

• Maintain a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) documenting all workplace activities, competencies, and completed assignments.

• Adhere strictly to industry occupational health and safety standards, company operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, mentors, and business units to achieve departmental targets and develop professional skills.

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric qualification.

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID.

• Currently unemployed and residing within Gauteng.

• Aged between 18 and 35 years at the start of the programme.

• Not currently enrolled in any full-time or part-time tertiary studies.

• Must be fully available and committed for the full 12-month duration.

• Must not have previously completed or currently be enrolled in another learnership programme.

• Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and basic digital literacy.
