The Complaints Administrator Intern at Takealot.Com will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient resolution of customer complaints, contributing to an enhanced customer experience within South Africa's leading e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the complaints administrative process and resolution thereof.
- Understand the different departments' policies and procedures, in order to facilitate investigations and communicate effectively within the expected timelines.
- Understand the delivery process end to end to investigate and resolve logistic escalations, in order to provide and action resolution feedback where applicable to our clients.
- Liaise with the Takealot Fulfilment branches, DC's, Supply Chain and team leads from respective teams where necessary to drive resolution.
- Liaising with customer service to obtain further information to facilitate investigation resolution.
- Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships amongst stakeholders.
- General organizing and administrative support as required.
- Performs other related duties, in accordance with operational business requirements.
- This role involves daily interaction with various internal departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information and timely resolution of customer issues. The intern will learn to navigate complex operational structures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- N6 qualification
- No prior work experience required – this is an entry-level internship
- Computer Literacy: Be able to utilise computers and digital platforms
- Software proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Capability to collect, interpret, and present data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinker
- Must be able to respond quickly to ever-changing and evolving situations and processes
- Must be able to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills - must be able to work well as an individual as well as part of a team
- Self-starter able to initiate new projects (where able)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management working towards daily/weekly KPI's
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team and company
- Reading, understanding and compiling reports advantageous
