Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and validation of diagnostic instrument installations across client laboratory sites.
Assist senior specialists in delivering user training, technical demonstrations, and product support to healthcare clients.
Develop practical troubleshooting methodologies to identify and resolve complex technical and diagnostic queries.
Gain comprehensive practical exposure to modern clinical diagnostic laboratory settings and medical technologies.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Field Service Engineers, technical support teams, and commercial units.
Analyze laboratory instrument performance data to assist in identifying operational efficiencies and system improvements.
Participate actively in technical workshops, continuous learning modules, and structured mentorship sessions.

Requirements
Completed National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Honours Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a directly related field (studies must be fully completed).
Must have no formal full-time work experience and cannot be currently employed.
Previous In-Service Training or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experience within a laboratory environment is advantageous.
Strong interest in clinical diagnostics, medical instrumentation, and healthcare technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
Sound analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
A valid South African driver's licence is essential.
Reliable daily access to a vehicle is preferred.
Must reside in Gauteng and be willing to travel to client sites within surrounding areas.
Available to commence employment immediately.
