Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately process claims notifications across Commercial, Personal, and Motor portfolios.
• Assess claims validity thoroughly and apply relevant policy terms and conditions with precision.
• Appoint assessors or loss adjusters when required and meticulously manage claims through to their resolution.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in strict adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, brokers, insurers, and third parties to ensure timely and clear communication.
• Provide clear and concise updates throughout the claims process, managing expectations proactively.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders to support high client satisfaction.
• Manage claims efficiently in line with established productivity and service targets.
• Support cost control initiatives by contributing to reduced claims leakage and expenses.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or irregularities promptly and responsibly.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed according to company standards.
• Adhere strictly to internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
