Bottling & Labelling Assistant
Job Description
Requirements • Previous experience in a bottling or packaging facility would be advantageous. • Completion of the Senior Cellar Assistant Training Programme (SKOP) will be advantageous. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also completing tasks independently. Key Responsibilities • Operate, monitor, and maintain bottling and labelling equipment. • Perform quality checks to ensure correct filling levels, sealing, labelling, and packaging. • Assist in the setup and changeover of bottling lines. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment, in line with health and safety requirements. • Ensure accurate record-keeping of production runs and inventory. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets. • Report equipment faults, irregularities, or safety concerns promptly. • Perform other related duties as required by the Bottling/Production Manager.
