Key Responsibilities
- Improving Client Journeys: Utilise behavioural science to identify friction points and enhance digital journeys, onboarding processes, and overall client engagement with products and services. This involves a deep dive into user experience and psychological triggers.
- Behavioural Segmentation and Human-AI Interaction: Contribute to uncovering the drivers behind diverse customer behaviours and explore how behavioural science can synergise with AI to craft more personalised, engaging, and helpful customer experiences. This includes understanding data patterns and predictive modelling.
- Designing and Testing Communications: Assist in the development and rigorous testing of messages across various channels, including SMS, email, call centres, and mobile applications, to support clients in making better financial decisions and achieving positive outcomes.
- Developing More Tailored Solutions: Investigate how behavioural, contextual, and customer information can be leveraged to understand unique needs and design interventions that are highly relevant and impactful for different client segments.
- Supporting Employee and Culture Initiatives: Play a role in projects that apply behavioural insights to critical internal areas such as employee performance, wellbeing, leadership development, and fostering a positive organisational culture.
- Shaping Products and Experiences: Collaborate with product development teams to embed behavioural principles into customer value propositions, new products, and digital experiences, actively participating in practical innovation challenges.
- Building and Sharing Behavioural Knowledge: Help translate complex evidence and project learnings into accessible and useful tools, compelling case studies, engaging workshops, and valuable resources for teams across Nedbank, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years and above.
- Be passionate about behavioural economics & behavioural science.
- Have a clear criminal and credit record.
- A Master's Degree in economics, psychology, anthropology, or a related social sciences field is advantageous.
