Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to Starbucks' strict quality and presentation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive and personalised experience.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate till reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitised throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both partners and customers.
• Educate customers on Starbucks' products, promotions, and loyalty programs, enhancing their understanding and enjoyment of the brand.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative store environment.
• Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and managing inventory to ensure product availability.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
