Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed portfolio strategy tracking and quantitative data analysis to optimize credit risk and customer acquisition strategies.

• Execute accurate forecasting and produce monthly Management Information (MI) reports for key executive stakeholders.

• Leverage advanced tools and programming languages, including SAS and SQL, for complex data extraction, statistical modelling, and customer segmentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams on strategic projects focusing on Acquisition Risk, Existing Customer Management (ECM), Impairment, Collections, and Fraud Strategy.

• Provide continuous analytical support to senior analysts within the Credit Risk Office and Customer Analytics divisions.

• Maintain and strictly adhere to internal data governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks across all analytical deliverables.

• Interpret complex customer datasets into actionable commercial insights across the entire credit product lifecycle.
