Omnia is currently offering an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious university graduate or early-career professional to join the CEO Office through the Analyst Internship Programme in Cape Town, Western Cape. This high-impact role is designed for a driven individual with a passion for business, corporate strategy, executive operations, and analytical problem-solving. Working directly within the executive structure, the incumbent will gain direct exposure to enterprise-wide strategic priorities, high-level decision-making processes, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives across a major JSE-listed group.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Support: Assist with research and document preparation within the CEO office, compile basic financial business case models (NPV/IRR templates), and maintain KPI dashboards and executive management reports.
Executive Office Coordination: Manage executive calendar prioritisation, prepare comprehensive briefing packs, compile meeting minutes, manage action logs, and ensure board pack version control.
Project Coordination & PMO: Track key milestones, risks, and strategic deliverables across internal business units using project tracking tools, preparing leadership status updates.
Executive Communications: Draft and review internal communications, executive summaries, presentations, and town hall materials in alignment with corporate standards.
Governance & POPIA Compliance: Support the scheduling and administration of board and committee meetings while ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to POPIA and document governance protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise proactively with business unit heads, Exco members, and operational leaders to collate mission-critical business data.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline executive reporting workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the CEO Office.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Science (Accounting, Finance, or Economics), Data Science, Law with a commercial focus, or a related field.
0 to 3 years of work or internship experience, ideally within a JSE-listed company or large corporate environment.
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and monitoring timelines.
Strong analytical thinking and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital productivity tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation drafting abilities.
High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential executive matters.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
