The CAPACITI – AI Skills Acceleration Programme – 2026 is a comprehensive 1-week intensive masterclass and professional development training program. Key Responsibilities

• Full-time attendance and active engagement throughout the 1-week program.

• Consistent participation in both onsite (Johannesburg and Cape Town) and online (Microsoft Teams) sessions.

• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-driven approach to learning and problem-solving.

• Willingness to embrace new technologies, collaborate effectively, and adopt industry-standard tools and practices.

• Commitment to developing in-demand AI and digital skills for career advancement.

• South African citizen.

• Aged 18–34.

• Minimum NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, networking).

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

• No criminal record and a clear credit history.

• Must be unemployed at the time of application.

• Ability to attend full-time, Monday to Friday, and commit to the full 1 Week AI Masterclass & Professional Development Training Programme.
