Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register, processing transactions, handling cash, card payments, and managing till balances with precision.
• Maintain high standards of sales floor presentation, including merchandising, tidiness, and overall store cleanliness, taking initiative to address any issues.
• Actively contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve store targets and operational excellence.
• Adhere strictly to all Ackermans policies and procedures, including those related to attendance, timekeeping, and company values, ensuring professional conduct at all times.
• Assist with stock management tasks, such as receiving deliveries, unpacking, pricing, and replenishing shelves to ensure product availability.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously, following company guidelines.
