Interns will support experienced professionals, contributing to daily operations and building a strong foundation in the reinsurance industry. Key Responsibilities
Accurate data capturing and case induction to ensure records are complete and compliant with internal standards.
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and to deliver excellent, responsive client service.
Underwriting and claims case allocation, tracking, and reporting to support efficient workflow management across the team.
Maintaining set standards and targets, contributing to a culture of quality and accountability.
Life Guide and Claims Guide role allocation and password management, ensuring smooth system access for team members.
SharePoint updates and UCR administration duties.
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client resource materials, and handouts that support client engagement and internal communications.
Seminar and event coordination, helping to plan and execute team and client-facing events.
Supporting ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to team needs.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to one year of working experience in a relevant field.
