Specific Role Responsibilities
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes relevant to warranty claims.
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges, escalating unresolved issues promptly.
- Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making in the area of accountability.
- Ensure all applicable documentation is accurate, updated, and costed correctly for warranty submissions.
- Plan for, administer, and process costing-related tasks and activities effectively and efficiently.
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently to maximize efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving office goals.
- Deliver service and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customer expectations in the business.
- Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy both internal and external customers.
- Liaise and interact with customers (internal and external) via approved communication channels in a positive and helpful manner.

Requirements
Higher Certificate and/or Advanced National Senior (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 4
A minimum of 1 year experience in a Warranty Clerk role
At least 2 years' workshop environment experience
