Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Group Human Resources department, contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
Support the Retail Division with various tasks related to marketing, business administration, human resources, digital marketing, e-commerce, and IT project management.
Participate in structured learning modules and on-the-job training to develop core competencies.
Collaborate with team members on projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Gain exposure to different facets of the wholesale and retail industry, understanding business processes and strategic objectives.
Contribute to data analysis and reporting as required by the respective departments.
Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role and industry.
Uphold company values and contribute positively to the team environment.
Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes within the assigned department.
Provide administrative support, including document management, scheduling, and communication.

Requirements
A relevant degree or diploma from an accredited University or Tertiary Institution.
Must be unemployed.
Must be a South African Citizen in possession of a valid SA ID.
Must be under the age of 32.

Specific qualifications required include: Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Law or BCom Risk Management), BCom Financial Management, BSc / BCom Software Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management N6, IT Project Administration / Project Management, IT Information systems / Business Information Technology N6, Marketing Management, Digital / Marketing / Ecommerce.
Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institutions are eligible to complete the 18-month practical component.
